I am a global mining executive, board advisor, entrepreneur, and Founder / Group Executive Chairman of Sanodea Group, with over 30 years of leadership experience across mining, commodities, industrial operations, digital transformation, capital programmes, operational turnaround, and enterprise value creation.

 

My career has been built in complex, asset-intensive environments where performance, capital, risk, people, and execution intersect. I began at the operational finance level, developing a strong foundation in cost control, production discipline, systems, and operational accountability. Over three decades, I progressed through senior finance, operational, corporate, and executive leadership roles, ultimately serving as Managing Director of a flagship mining operation in West Africa.

 

That journey shaped the way I lead today: with a clear focus on execution control, decision visibility, operational discipline, and measurable value delivery.

 

Across my career, I have led large-scale mining operations, multi-disciplinary teams, capital programmes, cost optimisation initiatives, ERP and digital systems integration, stakeholder-critical mandates, mine transitions, asset repositioning, and commercial value recovery across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and global markets.

 

My work has consistently focused on one core reality: underperformance is rarely caused by one issue. It is usually created by fragmentation across strategy, systems, governance, execution, capital discipline, and operational visibility. When these layers disconnect, value is lost through delayed decisions, weak accountability, poor coordination, rising costs, and inconsistent delivery.

 

My role is to restore control.

 

I help boards, executives, investors, and operators diagnose where value is constrained, align strategy with operational priorities, strengthen execution governance, and unlock measurable operational and commercial outcomes across complex mining and industrial environments.

 

In 2025, I founded Sanodea Group, a Pan-African and globally focused transformation group built around the principle of Intelligence. Execution. Value.
