The effectiveness of KenCast lies in its unique technology, which incorporates tungsten carbide particles metallurgically bonded to air-hardened steel. This combination results in a tough, impact-resistant, and highly durable protective layer. A blend of carbide particles in various sizes provides optimal protection tailored to specific applications.

During use, the outer steel layer gradually wears down, exposing the tungsten carbide particles that continue to shield equipment from further damage. The result is significantly extended wear life—up to six times longer than standard wear solutions.

With easy installation through welding or mechanical attachment, KenCast effectively reduces repair costs and downtime, ensuring that projects stay on schedule and within budget.
