Sunrise Dam Gold Mine is an underground gold mine located in Western Australia, situated at about 55 kilometers to the south of Laverton and 220 kilometers to the north-northeast of Kalgoorlie. The mine lies on the eastern side of the vast Lake Carey salt lake area within the ancient Archaean Yilgarn Craton formation and is owned by AngloGold Ashanti.
