How do high-pressure filters work?

High-pressure filters are designed to remove solid particles, liquids, and gases from fluids. They are commonly used in hydraulic systems, compressed air systems, and industrial applications(Pressure Filter Manufacturing – High Pressure Filters, n.d.).  

High-pressure filters operate on a straightforward principle:

1. Fluid enters the filter through an inlet port.
2. The fluid passes through a filter element.
3. Contaminants are captured by the filter element.
4. Clean fluid exits the filter through an outlet port.
