Akin Fadare is the Principal Engineer at FAOe3 Integrated Consulting, a newly established small size firm providing engineering and environmental consulting services, including capacity building, for municipal and mining companies in Canada, with a focus in Northern Ontario. Mr. Fadare's expertise spans across multidisciplinary domains, including underground mining–related geotechnics, tailings facility management, water and wastewater infrastructure, and industrial operations. Currently completing an MSc in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical focus on cemented paste backfill, examining fracture behavior, material performance, and implications for underground stability and mine safety.
Akin Fadare brings site-based experience supporting tailings lifecycle management, instrumentation monitoring, slope stability, and geotechnical risk assessment, combined with strong systems-level understanding developed through project management and operations roles. Experienced in translating field observations and analytical results into practical engineering input that supports safe execution, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making.
Akin Fadare is actively seeking underground mining or technical services roles where geotechnical insight, ground behavior, and operational constraints intersect. Eligible for P.Eng. licensure with PEO (in progress).
